West elm likes their modular sofas. I love my west elm sectional it s so versatile and comfortable. Their furniture is great for small spaces with their low profiles and tailored silhouettes. Unfortunately the cushions did have a bit of that crinkle material that i don t like but not as bad as with the newport sofa. I love my west elm sectional it s so versatile and comfortable. It is a little pricey but overall worth it.

I was expecting the worst after reading all the terrible reviews of west elm particularly with regards to delivery and customer service.
